Mickey Johnson serves as President and CEO of Steelcrest Precision, bringing over two decades of aerospace and precision manufacturing leadership. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with UTC Aerospace Systems, Paradigm Precision, Tecomet, Barnes Aerospace, and Danaher Corporation.
Mickey is leading Steelcrest's commercial and operational transformation by sharpening its market focus, diversifying its customer base, and building a scalable, high-performance foundation for its next phase of growth.

Mo Smaidi, Chief Financial Officer
Mo serves as Chief Financial Officer at Steelcrest Precision, bringing extensive experience in financial strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise growth across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has held finance leadership roles with Thomson Reuters, A-Gas—a KKR portfolio company—First Solar, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, developing deep expertise in cost optimization, margin improvement, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
At Steelcrest, Mo is focused on aligning financial operations with long-term business objectives, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting sustainable growth. A trusted advisor to executive leadership and board members, he is recognized for building high-performing finance teams and delivering lasting enterprise value. Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA in finance from Bowling Green State University.
Patrick Dabrowski, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Patrick Dabrowski leads Steelcrest Precision’s commercial organization, including its aerospace partnerships and business development initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held technical, quality, program management, and commercial leadership roles with Kaman, Collins Aerospace, and TIGHITCO Aerostructures. His experience includes leading the development and production of major aerospace structures for Sikorsky’s CH-53K and Black Hawk H-60 programs, as well as the Gulfstream G650 and G280.
At Steelcrest, Patrick applies his extensive aerospace manufacturing experience to support the reliable production of machined components, subassemblies, and kits while helping customers strengthen their supply chains. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Western New England University, an MBA and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Hartford, as well as a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Joseph Isokpunwu, Senior Director of Operations
Joseph Isokpunwu serves as Senior Director of Operations at Steelcrest Precision, where he leads manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments, Joseph has held senior operations roles with Guerbet, Wockhardt, QuVa Pharma, Amazon Pharmacy, Rich Products, DPT Laboratories, and Pfizer. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and leading complex operational transformations.
Joseph brings extensive expertise in Lean manufacturing, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and scalable manufacturing operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
Jody Swaninger, Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management
Jody Swaninger serves as Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at Steelcrest Precision, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain operations. Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership roles in purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and materials management, giving her extensive expertise across the entire supply chain.

Jodi Richardson, Inside Sales Manager
Jodi Richardson serves as Inside Sales Manager at Steelcrest Precision, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the precision machining industry. Her career spans operations management, quality management, sales leadership, and business development.
This well-rounded background gives Jodi a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing value stream—from customer RFQs through production and on-time delivery. At Steelcrest, she is focused on strengthening customer partnerships, encouraging cross-functional collaboration, and aligning commercial strategy with operational capabilities to support sustainable growth and exceptional customer service.
Laurie Malarney, human Resource Business Partner
Laurie serves as Human Resources Business Partner at Steelcrest Precision, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading human resources operations, developing strategic initiatives, and supporting organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has built extensive expertise in employee relations, talent management, and improving HR processes to align people strategies with business objectives.
