The combination of our in-house machining capabilities with our partner network’s metal fabrication capabilities allows us to deliver tremendous value to our customers.
Capabilities
Lathe
We offer fast and accurate CNC turning services including single spindle, dual spindle / dual turret multi-tasking, Swiss, live tooling, and quick turn, and gantry load capabilities.
Mill
Our milling department includes 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and dual turret / dual axis multi-tasking capabilities.
Grind/EDM
Our automatic surface, OD, Blanchard, and manual grinding capabilities provide the ability to achieve very tight surface finish and dimensional tolerances. We have honing capabilities, which use fine stones and oil to remove small particles of material from bores.
Our wire EDM and Sinker / Ram EDM capabilities provide the ability to form complex geometries and delicate profiles while achieving high precision tolerances.
Fabrication
We offer comprehensive metal fabrication capabilities including laser and die cutting, bending, forming, welding, coating, and assembly to meet the low volume and high volume production needs of our customers.
